Ephesians 4:11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

Revelation 1:6 states that all of God's people are to be a "kingdom and priests".  Corporately, we constitute the Kingdom of God.  Individually, we are the priesthood of all believers (1 Peter 2:5).  When the church and the individuals therein act as a Kingdom and Priest, we become a blessing unto every nation (Genesis 12:2).  As priests, we are obligated to fulfill two job duties: make sacrifices (to live sacrificially) and act as an ambassador between humanity and God.  The work of sacrifices and the work of being an ambassador is what we call ministry.

Our paid ministry staff as well as our elders and deacons exist to equip people to do the work of priests...to do the work of ministry.  We believe the result will be a "unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God" that leads to maturity in the fullness of Christ.  Our prayer is that you decide to be a part of this ministry dream and vision.
